EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION EXTENDED FOR I-CAR 2012 “DRIVING EXCELLENCE” INDUSTRY EVENT

HOFFMAN ESTATES, IL – June 6, 2012 – I-CAR, the Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair, will extend its early bird registration pricing through June 15, 2012 for the 2012 I-CAR Industry Event. This year’s event will be held at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio on July 18 – 20, 2012 and will coincide with several other industry meetings being held during the same week. The theme of this year’s event will be “Driving Excellence.” Attendees will have the opportunity to hear the latest I-CAR news during the General Session as well as participate in a high-energy panel discussion centered on industry excellence, how to achieve industry-wide and business-specific excellence in repair methods, and business performance and professionalism. The panel will be comprised of seven industry thought leaders from differing segments of the industry and will be moderated by Vincent Romans, industry consultant and founding partner of The Romans Group LLC. 

The General Session will wrap up with I-CAR's response to the repair procedures request that was submitted to I-CAR at a previous CIC meeting, and will include participation by members of the I-CAR Board.

Registration includes a lunch program that coincides with a presentation on sustainability within the collision repair industry, a Networking Reception with a simultaneous Sponsor Showcase, and several opportunities to participate in informational OEM Tech Clinics given by Chrysler, Honda, and Audi. I-CAR Volunteers and Instructors are invited to the Volunteer & Instructor Workshop to discuss the future of I-CAR course development, best practices for classroom presentations, and more. Volunteers and Instructors will also be recognized for their achievements throughout the year during the I-CAR Volunteer and Instructor Recognition Gala.
